The production of the Holzplast is carried out to the highest international standards, which is one of the main features of Holzplast production culture. The production process is wholly constructed according to the most modern, automated systems and only high quality raw materials are used, which are obtained from sources in Germany. This ensures a high quality end product. The finished product main parameters are examined carefully in order to ensure the process is equal to Holzplast established quality standards. All production is certificated. Production follows operation planning to enable customer demands to be speedily and successfully fulfilled. All products are carefully packed in Holzplast-designed, corrugated cardboard cartons, which protects and preserves the contents, notwithstanding many loading operations or extended periods of storage and additionally the cartons provide a visually attractive sales packaging. The packing includes a bar-code in EAH-13 system, which assists larger sales departments with automatic, inventory control. A spacious storage facility permits the stowage of many finished products (components) so that at the height of the building season, availability is good. Automated loading systems are readily available so that customers’ lorries can be quickly loaded. Holzplast can deliver components within short notice to specified locations and at delivery times which best suit the customer. In the unlikely event of a defect being discovered, an exchange component is guaranteed.
